If you find out please let me know:)
....but it could be helpful to eliminate as much stress as you can. If you can get rid of any stress forms, just do it. Cortisol apparently causes belly fat.
....Drink a lot of water....could be water weight...
Fiber-rich foods so you can you know..go
But honestly, there doesn't seem to be a quick way because belly fat is so stubborn. :/ good luck!

Let go of everything you think you know.

Belly fat is just fat on your stomach. It goes away as you lose weight. You lose weight when you're in a calorie deficit. Calorie deficit sounds complicated, but it just means "eat less, move more". MFP told you how much to eat to achieve a calorie deficit while still eating enough food so you stay healthy. It's that simple. But you have to do it consistently, for real, and for a long time, so it's not necessarily easy. You need a food scale, honest logging, realistic expectations, patience, commitment, knowledge, kindness, and guts. (Notice I didn't mention friends? Friends are important for general health and wellbeing, but not crucial for weightloss. You lose weight yourself, but you don't have to do it alone.)

No matter how right you're doing everything, you still can't speed up weightloss beyond 1% of your bodyweight per week. What you can do, however, is make the process as easy as possible. You can eat food you like. You don't have to exercise.

Making the process as easy as possible, doesn't just make weightloss more effective, it sets you up for easy maintenance, too. Weight management is a lifelong job, and you have to have habits you can live with.
