I fluxed this morning by 1.2 pounds before and after my morning swim. I wonder if I don’t wake up lighter and gain a pound from just breathing & drinking water4 -

Happy Sunday, everyone!
Well I survived Mother's Day, wedding anniversary, my husband's birthday and my birthday this past week, along with a company lunch for a coworker's belated birthday.
I'm still pretty much stuck, but getting through all that without a gain is a win in my book!
Spending more time outside and loving my garden, and going fishing, and ready to get kayaking. Not enough days in a weekend!
203.4 today, not a new low, but close. Maybe next week?
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1999: 195.
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
Goal: 180 in however long it takes.

I am going to postpone my weight-in; it's just one of those moments when you know stress, lack of sleep and salt water will be the enemy, so I'm not mentally ready to step on the scale. Maybe a 'pre-weigh-in' on Wednesday?

Super excited about the last week results! I have been drinking extra water over the last week since it is warming up in my area. I really hope to make it in the 290's by next week. If I could just make it to 299.9 by May 31st, I will be so so happy!

Hit my goal! And my first plateau... oscillating between 58.7 - 59kg for 6 days now. I was waiting for it to happen at some point as I knew my loss was a bit "too good to be true", but the mental power of sustaining through a plateau is really draining. Habit building has been working, though. I'll get through it!
