X-Factor: ST

Just thought that I would give people a heads up.
Weider made a DVD series called "X-Factpr: ST". You can buy it at places like Walmart for lest than $40 and you get 12 CDs, nutrition guide and exercise calendar.
It's like P90X minus the weights. There is no equipment needed, the pushup stands come with it.
I think it's a great starting point for most people, though I think P90X is more intense. However, I think X-Factor can be a good bridge to P90X for those not fit enough for it.
Make no mistake, X-Factor will kick your butt, but it's just a notch lower intensity than P90X.
Basically you get 8 discs, one for each week of the program. You do the DVD for that week every other day, and do cardio two days per week (freestyle....no DVD for that) or you can sub in one of the other three workouts in between.
