    here is a tip i had to learn " carbs in vegetables"-

    garlic 1 clove-1gram carbs
    1cup mushrooms-2grams
    1cup lettuce-2grams carbs
    1cup celery-3grams carbs
    1cup cucumber 4grams carbs
    1cup radish-4grams carbs
    1cup zucchini-4grams carbs
    1cup cabbage-5grams carbs
    1cup cauliflower-5grams carbs
    1cup broccoli-6grams carbs
    1cup kale-7grams carbs
    1cup cooked spinach-7grams carbs
    1cup eggplant-8grams carbs
    1cup greenbeans-10grams carbs
    1cup brussel sprouts-12grams carbs
    1cup onions-12grams carbs
    1half small avocado-13grams carbs


    yeah there are more veggies but these are the ones i like to eat when doing keto. omg MEAT SO MUCH MEAT but be careful of sugary meats or sauces. also you gonna feel super tired at first from the changes in food to even think about working out but i promise you if you take your time slowly it will be worth it. good luck to you :)
