38kgs and Counting!

10 months ago, I made a decision to change my health as quickly as I could. Up to that point I had lost any real pride in myself and certainly didn’t really care a huge amount about my personal appearance. My eating habits which I thought were ok absolutely weren’t and I was also using food as a coping mechanism for day to day worries and stress. I’m posting this now as a reminder to anyone that feels unhappy with their weight and that it’s pointless to try and lose a few lbs but fees it’s either to late or diets and changes never work, I can assure you it ABSOLUTELY ISN’T. Making changes to your eating, nutrition and exercise will result in changes and the only thing that will hold you back is the excuses you tell yourself. l2e6gs7epzpc.jpeg

First pic was taken in August last year and the 2nd photo was last night. Total weight loss of 38.9kgs or 6st 2lbs. Over 13 inches lost on my waistline. I feel 100% better and I know now I’m setting a far better example for Ella!
I hope my example might help maybe a few others who struggle with their weight as I know how destructive that feeling is. Anyways have an amazing day

Amazing, about 6.5 months about made a similar decision and now down 31 kg (69lb), so have 15 kg (30 lb) to go. Feels good to see in 3.5 months can be there.
    Great Job there :):)

Massive congratulations. I totally understand how you lost all self respect, but I think that some of us need to be at our lowest before we help ourselves. How are your knees?? I’m obsessed with knees? Mine are agony, slowly getting better in sure, but I’d like to think that I haven’t totally messed them up!
