    Funny. That's the word I've been using lately: 'Linear' to describe my journey. And, yes, it has not be linear in the least bit. I'm pushing through!

    Been eating more carbs and not drinking nearly enough water. I've been exercising a lot, so maybe some of it is muscle mass? Who knows? I'll keep on trekking.

    Bounced back up a little from last week, which I was kind of expecting. I’ve been lazy with my eating habits, but this week it’s back on track. I’m adding more exercise in this week too!
