Lose 5lbs + in May 2018

Hit my goal! And my first plateau... oscillating between 58.7 - 59kg for 6 days now. I was waiting for it to happen at some point as I knew my loss was a bit "too good to be true", but the mental power of sustaining through a plateau is really draining. Habit building has been working, though. I'll get through it!

Bounced back up a little from last week, which I was kind of expecting. I’ve been lazy with my eating habits, but this week it’s back on track. I’m adding more exercise in this week too!

Modified caloric intake down to 1800-2100/day (from 3500+)
Concentrating on hitting macro split of 50/25/25
First push is to get down to 180, then I'll take it back up 10 lbs or so w/ a bulking phase combined w/ heavy lifting
then cut back down to 185ish.
My workout partner is NOT excited about moving this morning!

I thought I had plateaued and my body found where it wanted to be at. I was surprised this morning when the scale showed I was under 185 lbs. The first 30 pounds came off fast but the last 20 is going to test my commitment.
