Hi
I’m changing to calorie counting alongside gym and moving away from SW as I don’t feel like it works for me. Looking for friends who are doing the same/similar so we can motivate each other?

    Hi I’m doing the same thing. Slimming world does not work for me but calorie counting using slimming world ideas works! Feel free add me for any support
