Hi all! I’m 30 and mom to 4. I am 5’1 and 158lbs. The heaviest I’ve ever been. Just needing some encouragement to stay on track and lose the weight!

Are you logging into your diary and is your diary open to view? I find being honest with what you eat and logging it keeps one on a better path to success2

I second logging EVERYTHING and being honest! That's the best way to measure progress and to know how you're doing. You've got this!!0

Losing weight is hard especially after kids, but you can do it! Logging everything you eat really helps you see where you are going wrong. I'm 29 and very active but cant lose weight easily anymore. It's all diet and nutrition, which im really struggling with. Learning good habits takes a long time, so just be patient and dont put too much pressure on yourself.
