This question is more towards people who have done the 30 Day Shred & tried it again....

I was wondering.... After completely 30 Day Shred, do you think you would get more results doing 30 Day Shred again (10 days, each level) OR do you think you would get more results doing just Level 3 for 30 days?

I plan on doing each level for 10 days each when I repeat it. I was nursing an injury when I first did 30DS so I know I can use heavier weights the 2nd time around so I think I'll get better results the second time.
  • I've done it before, and still use it now though i mix it up with Banish fat boost metabolism and No more trouble zones

(to be honest i tend to use 30DS when i don't have as much time or energy as i know its only 20mins and it works!)

    :)

ve done it a few times, there were results each time but the first time was the most. I suggest to keep up the momentum after the 30DS, try ripped in 30 and then 6 week 6 pack. They are all the same 321 type programs, but work different areas.

I still go back to my 30DS and its almost as hard again as it was the first time. Keep in your rotation, but try something different for a while when youre done, keeps your body guessing and thus burning more.
  • I think there are benefits to all 3 levels. I'm doing a re-start of the 30 day shred and I'm doing all advanced now; full push-ups, full bends in lunges & squats, etc - you get the picture. I'm feelin' the burn!!

Exactly what I'm doing. When I do it, I randomly pick a level to do when standing with the remote in my hand, I do all the exercises full out and I've moved from 2 lbs that I used the first go through to 5 lbs now that I have muscle built up. I still feel the burn, and I am still sore after each work out.

I think it is extremely important to keep up with toning and once happy with your body, to maintain the tone. I will probably always incorporate it into my work out routine some way or another.

I'm going to do it again, one more time, as is, but with heavier weights. I have a group of friends who want to do it with me. After the second cycle, I'm either going to get "Ripped in 30", or do 30DS shred again, completely randomizing from one day to the next what level I'm going to do.
