I'm in need for new running shoes. I'm treadmill girl right now, so a lighter shoe would work fine. There's not a good running store in my area, so I can't get evaluated. I have a highish arch and want a good springy feeling so I don't feel clunky on the treadmill.
I tried on a pair of the Reebok flex shoes one day and they felt great. I've read reviews online and people seem to really like them. Anyone here have a pair? What do you think?

For running I am a huge fan of asics. They are light wieght and have great support plus they dont wear out as quick as reboxs in my opinion and are much more affordable.0

I've always stuck with Brooks or New Balance. I have a lot of friends that are runners that dont have much good to say about Reebok, but I've never tried them personally.0

its all about how your feet feel in shoes.
what works for one person may or may not work for another.
go try on different types of shoes0
