Yo what's up I'm into kettlebells, macebells,clubbells,sand bags and battle ropes all types of stuff like that. Im just looking for new ways to workout and get healthy and motivation/support. I started at 375 and now im 307 its been a up and down battle but MFP has really got me on track. So lets link up and help each other melt this fat away YOU DIG ME
