Recently rededicated myself to fitness and I'm trying to do this the "right" way. For the first time I am going to eat according to my macros any suggestions?

    The "right" way is the way that is sustainable for you and something that you can do for a lifetime. If that's eating to your macros then go for it. A great source is the Macros Inc Facebook page. There is tons of great information and people willing to help

    While individual preferences play into it as others have suggested, nutrition really is a thing, so it's a decent idea to start with reasonable evidence-based targets and tweak for personal needs/preferences from there, within reason.
