hi all just new to site.of all sites this is by far the best as it can track what you eat.only thing.the fat levels that they give you in foods is it saturated level or general fat level.any tips ideas post me.shane

    It's fat in general, however you can customize for saturated if you want. Go to settings up on the tool bar under My Home and you can have 3 items tracked so instead of Fat in general you can choose carbs, protein and saturated fat......hope this helps.
