Kettlebell Training Anyone?

Hi,

I just started this this kettlebell training for 1 week.
It was recommended by my husband who is a PE teacher in Singapore.

I started with a 4kg kettlebell.
OMG it may look easy but in fact it is not. I started panting as if
I was doing some aerobics training.

    That looks like a great workout! The guy did a good job with the video.

    My only worry is someone new to exercise not understanding the simple knee rules that go along with it.

    I have always been taught NOT to allow your knees to extend past your toes, or to lock your legs upon upward motion. Keep knees soft.

    Anyone with PT or physio can add something, I just learned this from years of videos!
