Everything I eat daily says I should be weighing 126 to 128 lbs in 5 weeks. But I am 142 lb. It never changes. I am eating 1000 to 1300 calories a day. What am I doing wrong. I walked about 5 miles a day just on my job.

How long have you had zero weight loss?
Are you double checking that the entries you are using in the database are accurate?
Are you weighing out your portions?7 -
You're eating more than you think. I have a job where I walk that much minimum and I'd be starving on 1300 calories.9

Something is off in your counting. Either you aren’t putting everything that you eat, including vitamins and milk in coffee, in your log, or you aren’t weighing your food, or both. Eyeballing a portion size or using a volume like a cup, for a solid food that would be better if you weighed it, can add up to a lot of uncounted calories.
Are you eating back any or all of your exercise calories? Often trying to get correct calories for exercise from the mfp database can be difficult and inaccurate so that many of us just eat back a half ( or even less) of what we think our exercise calories should be. I don’t put in a few miles of walking, just workouts, as I’m short, and older and have very little wiggle room.4 -
Something is wrong, but probably not what you think is wrong. You're not supposed to get that message, but a warning, if you try to close your diary with less than 1200 calories. And the prediction is based on that you have logged your intake correctly. Walking so much, having energy to work, not complaining about hunger, dizziness, lack of concentration, and of course, staying at 146 pounds, points to eating way more than you think.
Tighten up your logging. Buy a food scale, use it properly (learn if you're unfamiliar), pick genuine database entries, use the recipe builder, don't forget, guess or cheat. Don't count walking at work as exercise, and don't eat back more than 50% of your exercise calories. You will lose weight if you're in a calorie deficit, for real, consistently, and for a long time.13 -

When you close your diary its giving you a 12-14 pound loss in '5 weeks' which sounds off for the prediction to be giving you that much rate of loss with not much to lose.
What activity level did you give MFP and are you adding these walks on top of your 'activity' level (double counting)? Is your rate of loss set in MFP for 2 lbs week?
Are you losing any weight?
note: I can't close (complete) my diary using phone/Android, I get an error 'Alert, there was a data problem sending your data to the server'. But I can close it using the web and will only get the message your not eating enough if logged 999 cals and under.1 -
I felt like the scale was stuck for awhile too.
Turns out I just wasn't being disciplined enough in my food. My activity was pretty accurate, but my food was not.
Started meal prepping, weighing raw weights and dividing out into prepared containers with a set number of calories. Worked to eat at the lower end of my range most days. Funny, scale started moving once I did all that.5 -

If you aren't reducing bodyfat over 4-6 weeks then it is time to closely review your logging and activity, because there is an error in your calculations.
The "You will weigh xxx in 5 weeks" is a horrible estimator and should be ignored for the most part. No one outside a controlled laboratory is that consistent. Don't fool yourself into such unrealistic expectations.
Fat loss may be masked by fluctuations in water weight. This is why a review over time is necessary. Bottom line if you aren't losing then you have not established a caloric deficit.
....and your metabolism is quite fixed. There is no such thing as "boosting" or "harming" your metabolism. Don't buy into this nonsense.

Um no. Why do you believe this is the case? What are your stats? Are you logging your intake diligently and using a food scale for accuracy?4 -

This is a frightening thing to say / post, particularly with someone as many posts as you do, meaning you must have been here for a while so I'd think that you would know that this is not an acceptable daily calorie intake.1 -

you are starving yourself if you are only eating 700 calories a day ,especially if you are exercising and not eating back any calories(not sure if that is what you are doing).3 -
To be clear, I am not eating just 700 calories a day now. I am eating regular meals. That is why I am not losing weight. I have sort of given up.0

regular meals? what does that mean in calories? and if you arent losing weight eating more than 700 calories either you arent logging properly,not weighing your food or something else. I have a metabolic disorder and I would lose weight eating 700 calories,somethings off somewhere if you arent losing weight. unless you did 700 for so long that adaptive thermogenesis set in and eating more would mean a temporary weight gain.3 -

Contrary to what others have posted, this is possible. If you are short, female, older and sedentary, it is possible too find your self in this situation. I know this from experience. I lost and gained the same pound over several weeks a few years ago on 600 calories or less a day. (By essentially starving myself, I eventually managed to lose the weight I wanted to lose, but gained it all back, and more, because I went right back to the same habits I had before.)
Fast forward to the beginning of this year, after receiving a Fitbit for Christmas and pairing it with MFP. To my surprise, I easily lost weight, consistently! On a healthy amount of calories each day. I even began to increase my calorie intake over time. And still lost weight!
The difference? I moved my body. A lot. I thought I was active before, but actually, I was a couch potato that occasionally moved. (I already knew about weighing and logging my food, so the big change was the movement.)
On the 600 calorie a day plan, I would exercise for an hour or so, and then lie/sit around for the rest of the day. I now know that at my height and age, exercising for an hour, at the level I was at that time, I might have burned 150 calories. Also, on that low a calorie intake, there is the periodic freak out (binge) when the scale doesn't move, followed by guilt and remorse, starvation and the cycle continues.
