Hi, Tweaking things to lose... Keto for 1 year and not losing, but not gaining

I like the changes and my bloodwork is good. Not losing much so I want to tune in,

Use this app to really truthfully log everything that you eat. You may find your overcall calorie consumption is more than what’s needed for your body to lose weight. You need to be in a deficit to actively lose the weight. I would suggest really analysing your daily food and finding lower calorie, healthy alternatives to swap these with. For example no sugar in your coffee .. swap white pasta for whole grain and eat only a fistful of it as opposed to a bowl0
