    Great thought....you will be successful..
Please don't mind but never hate yourself even if you are not in shape you want to be.

The first step is to try to love what you already have and then work on changing your lifestyle. No one is perfect in this world and we are all brainwashed into thinking we need to be skinny! Us woman come in all different shapes and sizes and are all beautiful x

At risk of sounding like I'm preaching: losing weight won't stop you from disliking yourself. That's a change you've got to make in your head. If you measure your self worth on how much you weigh, you're only setting yourself up for feeling like a failure when you hit a plateau or even gain a little (because small weight fluctuations are completely normal). Love who you are right now, because that's who you have to live with on a daily basis. That person may change over time, and you may love yourself more, but she will always be the person who you are, no matter what happens. I'm not saying you shouldn't want to lose weight. If you want to lose weight, lose it because you want to lose it, not because you think it might make you happier.

However I will say: If you want to lose weight, good on you. It's always tough to start, and tougher to stick with it! Good luck
