Need a Pal

I'm a 29 year old mother of one, I am not overly over weight in my opinion but I physically feel uncomfortable. Last year I lost almost 20 lbs (using MFP) and after a handful of road trips, holidays and quitting smoking BOOM gained it all back plus 10lbs. So I am here trying to get it right this time and keep it that way.

I struggle with coffee especially foofy bevvies, but I will be happy with house coffee with creamer or half and half and sugar, and the standard sweets, starches and cheese. Though I do know how to eat healthy I have a hard time sticking to it. I also struggle with exercise, I always have an excuse. I suck at drinking water.

So those are my goals make better choices and be mindful of what goes in my mouth and work out 4 to 5x a week. I am still learning how to work out so I am starting slow mostly half hour work outs or basic weight lifting or resistance band work outs and I am trying to start making walking at least 2 of those. Also drinking more water.

So far I have worked out 4 days this week and today is my first (sucessful) day back on MFP tracking what I eat. So, here's to tomorrow and making good choices.
