Hi everyone. New here. Did WW for 6 Months but am now doing MFP. Have 10 pounds to lose to get to my 1st goal weight. Struggle mainly with late night eating. Have to motivate myself to move everyday. Have a great Friday.

So I’m a late night snacker too. One of the ways I combat this is to try to save the bulk of my calories for later in the day. I also had to “retrain” myself not to eat later on.0
