Hi ,I am arvind age 50 ,
Interested in walking and low intensity exercise

    I'm 56, walk daily, cycle 2-3x/wk. Good low intensity exercise.

    I walk 5 days per week at a 3.0-3.5 pace. Heart rate always between 116-126. I actually burn more calories, never injure myself and feel like I could do it all over again. I never break a sweat. I’ve lost 36.3 lbs since September

    Swimming is also great if you have access to a pool
