6 months ago I was at a nice weight, running, Nd pretty happy until my depression made a comeback, I started eating my feelings and stopped exercising. I done this before but this time it was the worse and I am struggling a million times more. I am feeling better and decided today is the day I hit the reset button and start my 45 to 50 pound weight loss and get back into running! I would like friends as my family isn't awesome at supporting me! I joined Runbet to get me back into running slowly! I told myself if I can lose 105 pounds I can kick this but! Please feel free to add me. I love hiking, walking, cycling, station bike, and running! My goal is to eat healthy again and exercise for 1 -2 hours a day. : ) Be happy and healthy peeps!
