Any good quick core exercises? I run, bike, and swim. Need more core.

    Planks, ab wheel roll outs, dead bugs, hollow holds, hanging leg raises, dragon flags, L sits
    That's plenty to get started.

    I don't think you build core strength "quickly". Heavy lifting or TRX will work your core in every workout. It takes time. You might also want to focus on learning to "engage" your core. I find in swimming that is a bigger issue than raw strength. I'm still trying to figure that out myself, so don't have any specific tips other than swimming with a masters group. My coach really helps us fine tune our technique,

    Pilates is also good. I’m doing that for my strength portion.

    I do waist side crunches, dead bugs, deep abs ball transfers, and planks with knee bends. Also a number of my strength training exercises involve a stability ball, so there's a core strengthening component there.
