    56yo working woman, have 50+ lbs to lose. Open food and exercise diary. I walk, hike and cycle. Am interested in yoga and lifting for flexibility and strength training. Losing 2lbs/wk on 1400 daily calories. Feel free to add me.

    Hi, I am 52 years old and expecting my first grandson in 2 months. Have finally decided to take my weight loss seriously. I have 30kg to lose. I go to the gym regularly and have recently started working with a nutritionist. Would love some extra support.
