Yummy Veggie Wrap!
My go to for a filling meal is a spicy veggie wrap. I love spicy food, but I'm trying to stay away from Mexican food and take out!
Saute one cup of broccoli slaw and sliced onion. Add shrachi sauce right before you take it off the stove.
Serve on a wheat pita or tortilla with humus (50 cal) or fat free cream cheese (30 cal). If I need protein, I add a couple slices of deli turkey.
That's it! It gives you a good serving of veggies and comes in at less then 200 calories for a filling lunch! Plus from start to finish only takes 5 minutes to make
