Favorite distractions during those 'I NEED TO EAT EVERYTHING' moments?

Mine is sometimes drawing (it's my profession) but MAN videogames help the most.

When I have a bad time I just go and play Splatoon 2 or Kingdom Hearts. I don't even care that I suck compared to most players. The important thing is I get DISTRACTED from the low times.

What do you guys do?

    I go into my closet and try on clothes that had gotten way too tight to wear. Seeing how nicely (and sometimes too loosely already....) they fit now is strong motivation for me.

    Read a book, watch tv, get on MFP, paint my toenails or nails. Anything to just distract me in the evening not to eat!

    Hopping on MFP or r/ProgressPics and looking at success stories. Gives me that determination to get through.
