    Good to hear that you’re close to reaching your goal again! It seems that I wasn’t the only one who lost the weight and put it back on. I’m glad I’m back on track now and I lost more this time than before. I just need that motivation to keep going and work harder

    Biggest thing is to always know your mind is the battlefield. When you think you’re tired, it’s your mind telling you that. The human body is designed to run 20 miles and kill a tiger at the end of the run. ;) Mind over matter.

    Friends is a good thing. Everyone needs them.
    Over the past 4 years, I initially lost almost 35 lbs., and maintained for over a year. Then gained 10 back due to a long health issue. Then lost that and more, and maintained over 8 months. Then gained 5 - 8, 6 months ago, now struggling to loose it.
    But I never stop working at it, moving forward. I'm not just looking to lose weight, I'm also working on building muscle and bone and healthy lifestyle for long term health and a long life.
