Hey :)

Looking for some motivational people to add and keep tabs on each other during our journey. Don't mind what diet you're doing really, I follow macros but have done other diets in the past. Now I want to change my whole attitude to food, not diet. I've lost 5lb so far and have been on it a week.

    Completed my first week. Lost 5lb, slipped a bit over the weekend but back to it with overnight oats, chicken salad and fruit today!
