Hi all,

My name is Lynn and I am new to this site.

I decided a couple of weeks ago to start losing weight and getting fitter. I struggle a little with the right food choices. I currently weigh 10st 6lbs and am 5ft 3in tall. I am aiming to get down to about 8st 6lbs so a loss of around 2 stone.

I work full-time and am a mum to four children, two of whom have now left the nest.

I aim to start exercising five times a week being three sessions at Curves and two sessions of step aerobics on the xbox at home.

I would like to hear from anybody...

    You can do this, and if it helps (I know it helps me) get the kids involved :) Mine are still very little but I have them help me exercise. I think it is good for all of us.
