Well the last five days were a bust

Back to the grind today . I literally ate whatever I wanted and didn’t exercise plus alcohol :/ cookouts etc

    Yeeeeeep, I tried to moderate it but I was super upset with how much I derailed. You're not alone, but we have to remember that they'll be blips on the radar when we get to our goals!

    As long as you get back on plan, the weekend won't matter at all.

    I did the exact same.....The gym is gonna suck today and getting back in the routine definately is going to suck. Lol

    Me too, but I was on vacation and it was on purpose so no worries for me. I'm back tracking today. It's all about perspective.

    Oh good you're human. We all have days/weeks like that, it's normal. Just get back on track and you'll be fine.

    The important thing is that you recognize it and get back on track that’s the name of this game. We have to learn to live healthy but still live and enjoy we all need an occasional splurge!
