Back to the grind today . I literally ate whatever I wanted and didn’t exercise plus alcohol cookouts etc

Yeeeeeep, I tried to moderate it but I was super upset with how much I derailed. You're not alone, but we have to remember that they'll be blips on the radar when we get to our goals!2

As long as you get back on plan, the weekend won't matter at all.2

I did the exact same.....The gym is gonna suck today and getting back in the routine definately is going to suck. Lol2 -

Me too, but I was on vacation and it was on purpose so no worries for me. I'm back tracking today. It's all about perspective.1
