My name is Megan and I’m just like everyone else here trying to lose weight. My toughest part is the nutrition, keeping count with calories and what foods to eat and what not to eat. I guess I’m looking for help and extra motivation. My goal is to be down 30 pounds/2 pant sizes in 5 months(by October.) Any suggestions and help is much appreciated and I’ll do the same in return! Let’s do this!

Megan, welcome aboard. Three things: 1) Drink lots of water - lots. 2) Try and have only natural carb intake (vegetables and fruit). 3) No eating after 8:00pm.
That will be 70% of the battle.0
