Saturday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Jumping Jacks

Let's see if we can do 200 of them.

You have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups.
If you can't do them all then do what you can. The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

    Thats me done 200..can see the differencve from when I started out doing them and only managed to do no more than 10 at a time with a struggle ..and paced myself mainly due to being at work and doing other things ... so thanks for the motivation and challenges! I know I have a long way to go but im getting there! ;o)

    In! Used to only be able to do maybe 10 of these but i've been working up my tolerance level for them, sounds like a good challenge for the day :)

    Woo! 200 jumping jacks! Didn't sound too bad but had to break it up into 50 rep chunks with a couple of minutes between each. Made me realize I need a new sports bra!

    I'm new to this site,.... love you post a mini-challenge, do you post one every saturday? I do all my workouts M-F because my gym is near where I work. I've been trying to do one extra workout on the weekend to lose these extra 4 pounds that won't seem to go away but weekends are so busy. Hopefully your mini-challenge will help change that. At the very least, the mini-challenge will get me doing some sort of exercise on the weekend besides housework. Today's challenge - 200 jumping jacks - done. Yeah!!!!

    Go for it. I did the same thing and I did it! A week ago 25 at once was extremely hard. And it would have taken me all day.

    Just did it by breaking it into 4 groups of fifty while watching Up In The Air

    Done. I just leaped them out all at once. It does get easier as I does these more often.
