30 Day Shred: Not sure if seeing results? [Progress Pics]

Hi all,
So this is a scary deal for me to post this, but I've been lurking this community for years and was always inspired by the progress pics people bravely post to motivate others. I was never able to share my before's, but now that I've reached Day 20 in the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels, I'm losing hope. I've been eating really well for the last 3 weeks -- especially for someone who grew up in a household built on junk and fast food -- while counting calories like crazy, really paying attention to what ingredients I'm putting in my body, and religiously working out for at least 30 minutes a day. (Memorial Day weekend, though, did screw me up with a burger and slices of pizza.) With my busy work schedule, I've elected to get up an hour before just to make sure I always get my workout in.
But I'm starting to feel that "what if I'm wasting my time" hump. I take progress pics every 10 days. On the top of the pic is Day 1, the bottom two pics are this morning on Day 20. (Same bra, different pants obviously.) I feel extremely insecure about these photos because I don't see any difference at all, but maybe another set of eyes can tell me if they do? I try to move the waistband of whatever pants I'm wearing to under the largest part of my belly just for as much accuracy as I can. I see the numbers changing in measurements after every level, but I second guess them and re-do the measurement like 5-6 times because I feel like I'm doing it wrong.
Also, if you have done 30 Day Shred/home workouts with minimal equipment: which workouts really made you feel motivated/had you actually see results?

STATS (A week before Day 1 -- Day 20)
Arms (Upper): 14 --- 12.25
Arms (Lower): 10.5 --- 9.75
Bust: 43 --- 41
Chest: 38.5 --- 35.5
Waist: 38 --- 35
Hips: 47 --- 43
Thighs: 23 --- 21.5
SW: 176
CW: 169
GW: 140

You're only 3 weeks in, it takes time to see the difference but your waist area/upper tummy looks a bit trimmer. Did you take measurements? lots of them, arms/legs/hips/waist/under bust/tummy. Inch loss will happen. I've done the shred several times and always had fabulous inch loss.
Keep up the great work, you will start to see progress soon1 -
I just had a look back through my blogs from when I last did the shred, at that point I was 10lbs from goal, in the 30 days of doing it I lost 3lbs and 2 1/2". When you have more weight to lose its likely you will see much greater results.
My point is, stick with it ok

Thanks for the comment! Below the pic are my measurements, the first week I had awesome progress for inches lost, but this morning I was just so discouraged when I went from 3 inches lost around my waist to none, and 3 inches from my hips to only 1.
But I'm definitely going to keep going, I've never gotten this far with 30DS. Did you repeat 30DS right after or do another workout?

Don't be discouraged, you could be retaining water which will affect both the scale and measurements. Do keep going, you'll be so proud of yourself for sticking with it, I promise you
After 30 DS I went on to do other plans of Jillian's, a six week one but can't remember the name of it!! (Its a few years since I did any of hers) got fed up with JM and went on to do other circuit training workouts I found on youtube - I particularly like Jessica Smith TV, she has loads and they're all free1 -
How do your clothes feel? because that's quite a lot of inch loss going on already0

And do keep us posted on this thread of your progress, I for one would be interested to hear how you are getting on.0

I see the results! Less belly hang and look at your bra, it fits better around your back. I'm going to start it tomorrow. Hang in there!0
