I started MFP 2 months ago. My highest weight was 190 lbs and that was when I went into labor with my one year old daughter. I was 183 post-pardum but the weight still stuck around. So starting MFP I was 175, and now I am 160! I have 10 more lbs to go to reach my pre-baby body weight!
175 lbs Here.
And me Now...
160 lbs

Great job! Got any advice for those of us who are just starting out?0

Thanks everyone. I guess I don't look 160 is because I'm 5'7. So I guess the taller you are the more the weight is distributed I guess Lol. Plus I am a bit muscular as well. My advice is to really try to follow your daily goals for both food and exercise. Its okay to indulge sometimes but don't make it a habit. I treat myself once a week to ice cream or a special treat, hope that helped!0

This totally made me LOL!!! (I'm so gonna use it!) Anyway, I agree, you don't look 160. You have done a fabulous job taking care of yourself. My kids are 21, 15, and 14 now, but I remember when they were babies/toddlers. It's so hard trying to find time for yourself. Congrats on making YOU one of your priorities, too! Keep it up girl....those lbs will melt off!0 -
