New mum looking for support

Hi, I gave birth 12 weeks ago and I feel ready to start losing weight! I didn't actually gain much weight in pregnancy but was overweight before and I still am! Altogether I would like to lose 17kg (37 pounds) but I've always struggled to either lose or maintain in the past so I would love support to do it as healthily as possible this time.
Major challenge at the moment is finding healthy meals that are quick to make (always interrupted by bubs!). Would also love any recommendations for quick workouts? I did 30 day shred in the past but I'm a bit bored of it now!

Heyyyy I'm a mummy to a little girl too I'd be happy to support you I gained so much weight the the pregnancy and I've lost some of it but still have alot to lose would love to support each other x1
