Hello,
I am new to MFP and really just need some encouragement along the way. Working out has always been the easy part for me, dieting not so much. I want to lose 16 lbs to be at a "healthy" BMI. I have started this journey what feels like 100 times, but every time that I don't see immediate progress I quit after week one.
Looking for some help staying motivated and truthful!

    Welcome to MFP. You can do this..just keep forcing yourself to log everything. It will get easier.
