Connecting my fitbit to myfitnesspal

Can someone tell me how I get my fitbit to snyc with myfitnesspal so my daily steps show up in my dairy? I can't seem to get it to sync? Please advise, thanks:)

  Go to the Apps tab and select the Fitbit App . . .

  Mine keeps sending me in circles between the two app ... I can’t get it to sync up?????
