I've lost 40 pounds! From a size 16 to a size 6/8 so far. I'm 4'11''.

Thank you! Just started going to the gym about a month ago. Mostly weights, but still figuring out what works for me. Still have 20 more pounds to go, so I'll post again hopefully soon when I reach my goal.

Congratulations! I, too have lost 40 lbs as of yesterday since I started this last journey on January 4, 2018. I am so excited to set a new goal and challenge of getting down under 200. I have 18 lbs to go
