Well, her I am. Needing to get my *kitten* in gear! Support would be great! I’m 33, I own a salon and I am in need of some serious seriousness about taking care of myself!

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These two posts completely changed my [friend's] MFP experience and helped [them] be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.
