How do I delete items from "My Foods". Some of these are foods I no longer eat.

It depends on your device. On my iphone I just swiped the item and a delete button popped up.

I'm not using the MFP app because they are having trouble with it syncing to other devices. I go in through their website and I am primarily using my macBook for everything. I don't see how to delete an item from "My Foods" there.

This is odd - I just discovered that when trying to delete an item in "My Foods" that you need to start at the BOTTOM of the list - then the "delete" button will appear. If you start at the top of the list there is no "delete" button. Strange!

Now I've discovered that I can delete an item or two but I soon come to an item that doesn't even have that delete button. I've emailed MFP about this.

You can only delete an item from My Foods if you were the one who created the item and you didn't share it with the database. If you want to get it out of your My Foods and both of those conditions aren't true, someone else needs to "take ownership" by editing the item so that it shifts to their My Foods list.
