"can I consume X and lose weight?"
X can be any food or drink you like, as long as you're in a calorie deficit. Food doesn't help you lose weight.4 -
If I told you that drinking a glass of water that has had two teaspoons of sugar and some orange flavouring added to it helped you to lose weight would you believe me?11

Why on earth would orange squash do anything? It's just water with flavourings and sugar.0

Does it say "Diet" on the bottle ?3

Depends on how you're using it. Some people find drinking a glass of water before a meal helps prevent over eating as they feel fuller sooner, if you hate water but love squash then it could help.
If you were drinking a higher calorie drink (like tea with 4 sugars at a time, 5 times a day) and you switch to squash that could help you lose weight if the deficit it created was big enough.
But no, by itself orange squash isn't a miracle drink.1 -

Yes, you can lose weight while drinking it assuming you log the calories and stay in a deficit.
No, it will not make you lose weight on it's own or any faster than if you drank something else with the same amount of calories. :drinker"1 -
If you're in a calorie deficit then of course. I drink no added sugar squash every day and steadily lose weight, I don't even track it.0
