I don't track cals but if you are, then yes you ate it. The question is log it for yesterday or today, but they're not free calories just because you went back to bed!3

Why wouldn't you log it? The calories were counted by your body, so they should be in your food log. :drinker:4

Oh dang! I would love it if calories didn't count between midnight and 6 am!!
But yes, I'd log it. If I had room in the previous day for the calories, I'd put it there. If not, I'd add it to the day I'd be waking up in, but I'd log it somewhere.1 -
