this is my plan for today
This is the Woman's World Jenny craig diet plan.
Any body following the Jenny craig plan? i have been follind a portion control diet now for almost a week and ran into the Jenny Craig Diet at home using Frozen foods yesterday and going by it now. The Plan is in this week Women World i think it will work . I have lost 4 lbs this week on my portion control diet But I think I will do better by having this plan A better guide line
This is my plan for today
Here id my bfreakfast this morning I get 230 calories
1 Frocen turkey sausage....120
! whole wheat roll ,,, 80
coolwhip lite 2 T....................20
Total....................................220

These you don't count these calories
1.2 c apple sauce, 1 yoplait 6 oz.

Lunch I will get 250 countable calories Be sure if eating frozen meal for it not to go over 250
1/2 c black bean and corn......100
1/2 c cole slaw.........................100
1/2 roll ......................................40

2 cups of unlimited veggies
These you don't count
All the non starch veggies, ublimited.
we also get 4 snacks a day For today i am having 1 small orange.1- 6 oz yogurt. any treats up to 130 calories

Dinner 3oo calorie frozen dinner
2 cups of unlimted veggies

Im on Jenny Craig and go to a centre every Sunday to weigh in!
