    5/31--135.... Got on scale rather than looking at my muscle/fat etc. And shocked myself cause 135-140lbs is my biggest-not being careful weight. As in I start feeling thick and stuffed. I thought I was around 130! Goodness me. I'm still surprised about it.
    6/01- 134.4 
    6/02-  132.2  is it possible to lose 2 lbs in one day? I always weigh myself more than once.

    Water weight. The body can fluctuate pounds (yes, pounds) throughout the day. I big gain or loss from one day to the next reflects fluid retention or loss. Fat loss is realized over time which is why looking at the overall trend in weight gives a better idea of progress.
