When I run on treadmill it shows me current distance as well as current speed in miles per hour. Is there an app that shows same thing?
My current app that ai use to track my runs is Nike RunClub shows me only pace but not speed.
Reason why I like this is because while I am on treadmill I can look at the dispaly and think “ok i am at 6.8 mph i need to speed up a bit” etc.
Any info would be much appreciated

RunKeeper pretty popular as is Strava. You will need to take a smart phone with GPS with you on the run.

That's actually kinda rare. Since the invention of the watch, runners have gone by pace not speed. Almost all devices are focused on that.

Garmin will show speed as a watch face at least on the x3x generation (can't check older watches, that's what is on my wrist). They'll also do speed alarms (and pace, hr, cadence, etc) - yell at you if you are going slower than X or faster than Y.

Tell another runner that you run x MPH or KMH and we'll look at you with a confused look. I have no clue has 'fast' my pace is and I don't know any runners that could do that math easily. If you are serious about running (or even if you are not but want to talk shop), go with the pace rather than speed. Save the speed for cycling.

Edit to add: Most treadmills will show you pace as well. They may not allow you to set them up using pace but you should be able to see it on one of the screens. When I'm forced to run on the dreadmill I use this screen.
