Losing weight

Been really going after it the last two weeks. Down about 15 lb in just over a month

    It's highly likely that a lot of the loss is water weight not actual fat. I mention this not to discourage you because it sounds like you're off to a great start, but so you're not surprised or discouraged when the rate of loss slows down. As a rule of thumb no more than 2 lbs/wk is considered a healthy rate of loss. As you get closer to goal that will slow down.
