Two years ago I lost my extra weight, but it’s back☹️ I’m starting all over again but hopefully with a better plan for maintaining. I would like to loose 25 lbs. or I’m going to be running around naked because nothing is fitting. I could use support from all of you. Thanks Deb

    Just edit your post on the right and use backspace if delete doesn't work. Your pix is just fine, though.
