Hi, I'm Hannah.
I am on day 3 of my fifth Whole30 in the last four years. I am a CrossFit Chick and one of my gym mates encouraged me to track my macros with myfitnesspal while cleaning up my diet, so here I am.
I am not concerned with losing weight I have been 165 lbs. for a while now and know most of the weight comes from muscle mass and not unnecessary body fat. My concern is cutting down on sugar cravings and eating more foods that support my body, emotional health and well being - not my stress levels. I am a huge stress eater. It doesn't help I bake pastries 40 hours a week.
I just want to be happy and healthy and hoping this website will help me get a better idea of what I need to do to get my body where I want it to be.
