Looking for friends ages 60 + ,need some motivation from dedicated people.

Hi .
I am 63 and disabled .I quit smoking in Dec. and have gained 15 lbs.This is not good for my disability.I can't do much excercising,but I do some stretching and walking.

    Hi I am 63 as well. I am aiming to lose about 5 stone. I work in a office sitting down all day so the main exercise I get is at a weekend. I wear a fitness tracker and aim for 6000 steps during the week with 10,000 at a weekend.

    Hi, I turned 64 in March. I mainly walk but do go to gym sometimes. Are you looking to lose the 15 you gained or more? good for you on quitting, I'm not there yet but have been thinking about doing it a lot . I'm down 50 lbs & want to lose 10 more
