For the past 3 weeks I was walking 10,000 step but now I’m stuck and I’m not losing weight and don’t feel motivated to keep walking. Now I’m using this app to start counting my calories and hope that works.

Good job on getting started. Counting calories will work! Don’t give up. Feel free to add me. :)

Using the app and tracking calories is crucial. I find i do better when i track and stay active on the forums. So many helpful and motivating people on this app. Don’t give up just because you aren’t seeing results quickly enough the only thing quitting does is make you have to start over again.

Counting your calories is definitely a step in the right direction! You'll be surprised about how many calories you're eating when you do start keeping tabs. Food always seems to have more calories than I would have imagined just by estimating.. So it's really helpful to start tracking them! Getting 10,000 steps in every day is great! I barely get 4,000 a day.. Even if the weight isn't coming off as fast as you'd like (never fast enough), don't give up on walking!

Well, one way to think about it is: if you give up, where will THAT get you?

Counting calories works. That's all the motivation you're going to get. Count them. Count them accurately. Count them honestly. Win.
